Linda Kay Eiland (BETTER KNOWN as RED) was born August 5, 1968 to the late George & Annie Taylor and Allison Walker, Sr. Linda confessed her life to Christ at an early age and joined Miller’s Chapel M.B. Church under the leadership of Rev. Billy Clay. She graduated Louisville High School in 1988. She was employed at Winston County Courthouse from 2000 – 2004 her hobbies included shopping, watching TV, working in her puzzle book and hanging with family and friends. Linda was blessed with two children, Cornelius and Rochella Eiland. After meeting her life long companion Stanley Johnson. She gained two bonus daughters to share her heart, Latara & Jasmine Hathorn. As Rochella begin to make friends, she acquired two more daughter, Latiesha Shell and Kami Davenport, whom she loved and cherished as her own. Linda’s love for family and friends will continue to live on. Linda answered God’s call on June 27, 2021 after a fatal car wreck claimed her life. She was preceded in death by her parents Annie & George Taylor and Allison Walker, Sr. (3) sisters Katherine Scott, Marie Triplett, and Mary Joyce Eiland. (3) brothers Joe Willie Taylor, George Taylor, Jr. and Eddie Charles Walker. She will forever be missed, she leaves to cherish her memories: The love of her life Stanley Johnson, her children: Cornelius (Nicole ) Eiland, Rochella Eiland, Latara Hathorn, Jasmine Hathorn, all of Louisville, MS. Her siblings: Allison Walker, Jr. Lillie (Herrin) Smith, Mary Brantley, all of Birmingham, AL. Lina Mae Taylor, Philadelphia, MS, Minila (Jesse) Henley, William (Evenlyn) Eiland, Ella Mae Taylor, Sammie Taylor, Debra (Martez) Triplett, Bernetta (Frankie) Jackson, and Tracie (Roy) Beaugard, Blytheville AR. 10 grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
