Bonnie Jean Lewis

Heaven has gained an angel. Miss Bonnie Lewis was born May 23, 1965, to the late Bobbie Jean Lewis. Bonnie transitioned on September 19, 2022. God brought Bonnie through many storms in life, and through These storms she had a special friend by her side every step of the way. Many thanks to Evertt Jackson of Louisville, Ms., for always being there. Bonnie will be greatly missed by her children: Marquita Lewis of Ackerman, Ms., Tarquita Lewis of Louisville, Ms. Craig Lewis of Houston, Tx., Jamarcus Lewis of Louisville, Ms., Joshua Lewis of Houston, Tx., and Destiny Lewis of Louisville, Ms. She also leaves to cherish her memories (4) sisters: Nellie Anderson, Gloria Jean Austin, Onnestra Carter Gills, Versia (Andrew) Fair and (4) brothers: Rev. Howard (Shanett), Stony Carter, Trell Carter, and Bo Carter along with a host of grandchildren, aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces and friends. Bonnie follows in transition by her mother, Miss Bobbie Jean Lewis, and a brother, Mr. Clifton Lewis.
