Ms. Annie L. Eiland Taylor was born to the late Altha Bill and George Eiland in Louisville, Ms (Winston County). Sister as she was called, was the sixth of fifteen children. She accepted Christ at an early age where she joined Miller Chapel M.B. Church under the leadership of Rev. Pittman. Many years. later, under the leadership of Rev. Curley Brown, she served on the Usher Board, in the Adult Choir, and as the President of the kitchen Committee. She was a faithful member until her death. She also enjoyed spending quality time with family and friends and most of all, going to church. Annie married George W. Taylor Sr. and 11 children were born to this union. Annie took ill on April 12, 2021, and was airlifted to UMC in Jackson, MS where she remained until she answered God"s call and went on to her heavenly home. She's preceded in death by her parents, 10 siblings, 5 children, and 3 good friends. Annie leaves to cherish her memories to six children: Lina M.Taylor of Philadelphia, MS, William R. Eiland, Ella M. Taylor, Linda K. Eiland, sammie Taylor, and Debra Triplett (Martez) all of Louisville, MS. Three sisters: Katie Jones Dorothy Bray (Dave), and Ruthie Colter all of Louisville, MS. One brother: Alvin Lowery (Neshia) of Louisville, MS. Twenty-three grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, and great-grandchildren.
